Numerous metal(Aluminium) patterns from as small as 50 mm to 1500 mm have been manufactured by Essen. Some of the patterns manufactured for the Turbine Industry are as shown in the picture below. The combination of machining facilities and expert craftsmen allow us to complete most projects in-house. From design and methoding, through final production, we carefully monitor the progress of the pattern construction.
