Our highly trained and skilled Wooden Pattern makers have helped us to keep ahead. Every new project starts immediately regardless of size and shape.
While touring our Pattern Shop you will see complex Patterns under construction. Some of the small and intricate Patterns like Pump Housings of MICO (Bosch) to Large Patterns of Base and Beds of CNC machines of Ace Designers have been manufactured by Essen.
The methoding and layout of the job is first made and the final Design is made by interacting with the concerned Foundry. Once this is finalised,starts the actual construction of Patterns. The material used are Teak, Deal(Pine) and Hard Wood. Each Pattern is constructed with great care and technic that they have to withstand the handling and usage in Foundry and longlife. Sufficient reinforcements are provided wherever necessary. Finally Inspection is carried out initially by our Staff and then susequently by our Clients. The final Painting is done after the final clearance by the customer and the foundry.
